Swimming

My swimming ability now sucks. Tonight's workout (care of Sean) hurt a lot.. but it was worth it. Just gotta get back in the water more.

600 warm-up
-200 swim
-200 IM pull
-200 IM kick

4x200
8x100
16x50

Didn't get to finish my last set since the pool closed. I need to remember they close the pool 30 minutes before the gym.
