Location
the two locations looking the best to me so far are louisville and madison. i talked to a guy i used to ride with who has done about 20 IM races and he said madison would be great to do but the did just suffer a big flood so he didn't know what the current state of the city was. I'm cool with either location, provided we can get in since lake placid filled on site and there was no online registration. or we could do a race in japan.

I'm good with any location really. I know you and Michael have both done Arizona, so perhaps a new venue is in order. Any specific time preference? Later in the year?
I'm down with any location as well. Louisville would be cool, for some reason that sounds more appealing that Wisconsin. I know a prof at Hendrix who has done Madison. I can talk to him about that one. The fall races are better for me, I think because it is just too tough to train through the winter. You guys share that same sentiment?
Fall races are better for me.. since yeah, i can't really train how I'd like to in the winter up here.
Though I've got few things in september each year which I can't really get out off... so races in warmer locations (Florida, Arizona, Southern Cali) might be better for me.
